Our calculators
The mortgage calculator and refinance calculator run in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored by us. If you use the Share button, your numbers are placed in a link that you can copy, and anyone who opens that link will see them.
National rate averages
The weekly national mortgage rate averages shown on this site come from Freddie Mac, provided by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Retrieving them does not involve your personal information.
Secure application
When you choose to start a pre-approval, you are taken to EASE Mortgage’s secure system. Sensitive details, such as your Social Security Number, should be entered there and never on this website. EASE Mortgage’s privacy practices apply to the information you give them.
